Since the beginning of the year work has continued apace on the brewery, from a new roof being fit on part of the complex to a mezzanine floor being built, new dividing walls, and even an office. However, it wasn’t until our shinny stainless steel vessels were delivered, that the building truly began to resemble a brewery.
And when the plumbing went in, then it got very exciting…
