Stunning inside and out.
You cannot get much more locally sourced than the materials used to create Cheviot Tap.
Cheviot Tap was designed to be made with what we had on site as much as possible. The building shell is that of a disused kennels just a few steps from the brewhouse and uses wood grown on the Ford & Etal Estate and sourced from the saw mill less than 1 mile away. Some of the tables and benches were made with trees 150 yards away from where they now sit as bar seating.
