KOPEC – CASK PILSNER – 5% abv.

We’ve wanted to do some lager styles in cask for a while so taking a lead from the classic Czech pilsner we have created a Czech hopped cask pilsner.
Created to debut at the 2019 Octoberfest at The Curfew Micropub in Berwick (4th-6th October 2019), this beer had a limited wider release in October 2019.
TASTING NOTES
Mixed fruit aromas, citrus and a light spice flavour and low hop bitterness combine with a sweet malt character to create a mellow and more-ish cask version of the classic Bohemian Pilsner.
