WINDY GYLE 4.7% Citra & Mosaic Pale Ale

The views as you ascend Windy Gyle are spectacular and to many they are the best views in the whole of the Cheviot Hills. It is quite a climb but when you reach the summit, Russell’s Cairn is a sign to behold.

For our 100th brew, or in brewing terms 100th Gyle, we thought we would celebrate the journey we have been on and create a smooth fruity citrus pale with Citra and Mosaic Hops.

TASTING NOTES

Soft, smooth, pale ale with citrus, tropical fruits and a refreshing lime finish.

MALTS: Maris Otter, Golden Promise & Munich

HOPS: Chinook, Citra & Mosaic
